the VOE vampires are an alien species. blood(of both humans and other aliens) has nutrients that heal them….keep them going…enhances there sexul experiences…increases their strength….they also eat meat(Human is the best meat for them!)with out blood, though, they eventually grow weak and die. that water Clor is holding contains nutrients that simulate blood…the vamps can live on it…but it isnt the same…the vamps who drink that are weaker than good ol predator vamps…if an Earthal vamp ditches tha water, though, and starts preying on Earthal citizens….its VOE ans SPAIC's job to hunt that rogue vamp down and take them out
