then ..there is BLAINE.
During the Human /Vampire war for control of Earthal, Blaine led the largest clan in the Vampire side of the war. the wars were brutal, unmerciful. When Zarree, Anfer, and the SPAIC got involved, it was over for the Vampire aliens. the humans were winning. Vamps were dying.
Blaine wanted her species, to survive. she surrendered. as the largest Clan leader,Blaine's surrender brought the wars to an end. The clans settled in zone seven, and were granted Autonomy by the Earthal government. The surrender led to bitter feelings, and Clan disputes and combat frequently break out . Blaine's dream is to unify the clans, and gain power, so that the wars with the humans can start anew…and THIS time…lead to a Vampire victory, and complete control of Earthal.

I wanted to re-design Blaine with a more interesting look. I was trolling on deviantart, and came across an auction. Girl number four in the auction GRABBED my attention! LOVED her look!
