Apologies for the delay. I had a meeting with our printer yesterday, and needed to finish preparing all the files for VD vol. 1 (collecting chapters 1-3, plus the Chuck and Ernie short, and other assorted extras). Putting a 30 page comic together is no big deal. Putting a 140 page book together requires serious time and effort. Assuming you don't want it to look like crap.
