Things have been busy and I've had trouble connecting with the Duck lately. Also 3/4 of the way through Joe Hill's Heart-Shaped Box and I'm quite impressed. It's hard to sustain things for a horror novel but Hill has done well. Does he write like his dad? Not that much. In fact, he has a lower ick factor. The last King novel I read was Cell, which had some good ideas but faltered at the end.
