Introducing - The Vanguard

Hello and welcome!

You may already know me through me by my work on Heroes Unite/Retake/Relik, but if not, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dan Butcher and I've been posting comics on DD for about two years now. This will be my first foray into taking on both the writing and art duties on a title. A challenge, for me at least.

You are looking at the comic in question… Vanguard. Unlike a lot of others titles on DD, Vanguard has a beginning, a middle and an end. I don't want to give anything away, but I imagine this story will not be quite what you are expecting. Anyway, I don't want to spoil the fun, so I'll keep my mouth shut.

Coming shortly will be a series of character sheets which will appear periodically through out December, before the Vanguard comic launches in full in 2010. These should give you a glimpse of the characters/what to expect.
