Techno City: The City with No Darkness.

Techno City is a 1st class extremely urbanized city noted for its outstanding power supply, uninterrupted 24 hours “daylight” (no night due to super energy generator), and hi-tech infrastructures like the famous Techno Tower and V&TO-K telecommunication facilities.

It’s January 10, 2007, the renowned Green is up early for surveillance. It seems that the city is too quiet this morning.
