I think this is the second to last ep. And yes I know there are a few probs wit megaman…just think of it this way he too is a God so he is doing an in and out kind of thing and yes he is talking as he is teleporting down.

please check out the WTFCV. It is updated three times a week so you get a chance to not miss things as much since that is where I will be posting story archs instead of on here.
