Yaaay, I actually got this finished on time again, though thanks to a sort of busy day I wasn't able to post it till now.  I'm kind of excited, with each page I'm getting closer to finishing the chapter, I'm not sure how many more there are but I'm certain there are less than 10… or 8, I dunno, I don't want to undershoot it!

Wow, a lot of stuff with this page! Remember back on… Uh… wait a sec… Remember back on page 9 when the characters looked worse than they do now, and I actually wrote out monologue, and Matthew heard that weird noise in that persons yard? Yeah, that's what was going on.  Though, Matthew, I don't think you realize that people can't teleport from a yard to the other side of the street in seconds.
Also, I may be into black/dark humour but that's not a very funny joke, Julian! You even made Apollo uncomfortable!
ALSO also! Matthew is totally going to be grounded for cutting his mom off so much, she was trying to tell him how that might be related, and it might help as evidence but then Matthew went and into "drama mode" and flipped out.  It would also help if you told the police more than "I got shot by a thug!", or if you didn't call them over when you were drugged out, but it probably doesn't help that I made the police in my made up town shitty. /: Sorry about that, Matthew.
You know what's funny is after I finished this page, I looked at it and thought "This comic is really delving into strange subjects.", which is something I haven't really thought about even though Matthew was shot at and now I'm drawing they arguing about it.  It just seemed so much weirder after I thought about the 'dog' thing, since stuff like that actually does happen where I live, and there have been news reports about it before (Julian's "hanging" comment doesn't help much either).  I dunno, it's weird, especially since I didn't feel weird after I drew out page 9 or any of the other pages. xD

As soon as he was coherent enough to realise he had someone else's stuff, he figured out who he was with that day and gave them a call, which that person was Fynn, and he pretty much said "Yaw, you shot at zees keed und took'eez man-lady bag, I don zink you heet him zho.  Your aim vas sheet." and that's as much as Julian knows. ._.

@KimLuster:  Aw, that sounds cool! At least they're not something terrible, like the Barney theme song. xD Jim Steinman really likes his instrumental solos?
