Small Press Idol: page one

I'm just uploading my four page submission from Small Press Idol 2005.

Ideally, I would have liked 5-6 pages but I was required to do a four page stand alone story involving my main characters so that's what I did. I tried to be a bit different in comparison to the other contestants though by fiddling with the layout, making things flow into one another and having the title at the end. (Which makes a difference since we submitted the first two in round 3 then the final two in round 4.)

I think I liked this page the best. The animals worked out.
