Hello Fellow Warriors,

Since the Eclipse put on his Brass B.A.N.D.S. and commenced to kicking butt several people have been asking me what they are and how they work. The short answer is it's experimental military equipment that was discontinued. While I can't tell you all the details on how Eclipse got them right now here is some documentation that you might find interesting.
