I felt like this comic should update more than once a week, but then I remembered I haven't paid Jayfri for the next batch of pages and I only have two more. Then I remembered he sent me this, which he did a few days ago and I figured 'What the hell. Take a break from the vampires'.

Okay, now on Monday I talked about my future with breaking into the comicbook industry and such, and I said I was mainly considering Platinum Studios. Then, I got a response that said it might be better to keep the properties my own, maybe even starting my own publishing place. This has hit me with an idea.

See, two years ago I came up with AK Productions, which would sell books, comics, CDs, DVDs, etc. But then that fell through due to my lack of doing anything. But now, I know more about the industry and am thinking of trying it again. But this time, under the banner of Twilight Studios. The only problem is I need to find some talent, a cheaper printer than Lulu, a cheaper merchandise maker than cafepress and a way to get into Previews so that people can walk into a comicbook store and ask for the comic.

Anyway, once I figure that all out, I'll go scouting DD and find some talented authors, who will have full control over their stuff (I can't sell anything without them, etc.) and then I'll just use Amazon and other stores to sell over the net, and then get people to go into their local stores and ask for the comics to be supplied (If they do, and can prove it, they get a free issue, or maybe a shirt. I'll figure something out later).

But of course, I'm going to need help setting up. Anyone who is interested in getting into the publishing business, just leave a comment and we might be able to start something big. Don't get your hopes up, but it could be fun.
