Some parts of England, at least.

Yep, Spongebob-style time card there. I even read it in that monotone voice from the show. I think it's funny, okay?

Also, less noticeable I think, but I'm doing the sketchwork differently now. I can't stop changing things up; it's a sickness, I'm afraid.

Yeah, that background was ridiculously minimal (see: purgatory) to begin with. I had this one 'finished' for a good week before I decided it should really have an actual background with actual buildings in it considering they're supposed to be at a city bus stop. I don't really hate drawing backgrounds, it's just effort.
