Well, 5 years if you don't count that one-year "hiatus"… *ahem*

Oh, and to the observant among you asking "…and THEN Invention Madness will conclude? Does that mean these next few updates are something different?" Yes, precisely.
Don't worry though. While it's not an actual part of the storyline, it's sort of an "interlude", since there is a pretty big time span between the last page and where the story will pick up again (the day of the contest). Just wait and see. :D
