I blame this child's parents, as well as the child. Self-centred parents are the biggest curse in the world, and they should be forced (by an Adult Supervision order?) to take responsibility for their actions and look after their children in an appropriate way, or else they should be sentenced to imprisonment for the same number of years that they spent not looking after their children, and not permitted to be in the same room as anyone of the opposite gender so they can't repeat offend.

Hmm. I appear to be taking this far too seriously.

So… stood on any good soapboxes, lately?!
