Public service announcement: gender identity and sexual preference are NOT THE SAME. There are many trans*women who are lesbians, and many trans*men who are gay! And there are many who are bisexual, or straight! Just because you are start as a guy and become a chick does NOT automatically mean you like guys!
(Though up until the early 90s, a trans* woman had to blatantly lie to her psychologist if she was lesbian and wanted surgery. One of the gates to pass through back then was to be straight. Guess how many trans* people were on the committee when THAT rule was made up? Yeah…)
