Aye, there are times to shut up. Mioga needs to learn that.
[Edit] Kindda hard to tell when it was Mioga talking. So I added her name to the talk balloon's tail. See, Mioga likes Lugia (she had nice things to say about her earlier), but at the moment she just sees Fox another worker for Kamisori. (more info later). She doesn't much like Sepher either…she just doesn't like Kamisori and anyone who works for him.
I like Sepher. I didn't work on how he would fit into the story for quite awhile, but now I'm happy that I didn't just decide he'll be a rather unimportant character. Had to work on drawing him to… I wanted to give a character a long jacket/coat thing. Took me so long to come up with a design. It's red and black if you wanna know.
