Oh my. Trapped they are.

Might I just use my space this week to ramble about the horrible horrible thing known as TELECOM CUSTOMER CARE!
This week I've had the great misfortune of having to call them three times… each time I was hung up on repeatedly, left hanging on the line for half an hour atleast and put through 15 different people none of whom could help me.

I ended up hang up on them myself a few times - incompetent and unfriendly. I'm seriously considering writing a grumpy letter…. I'm venting here first though so I'm a bit more rational. It's just rediculous that noone knows anything about anything and they all work there! HUMPH
