Now, as you can see, once she switched her guise, her speech bubbles turn into thought bubbles. There is a reason for this. You may have noticed her lips don't move. That is because she is speaking telepathically. But everyone in the vicinity can hear what she's thinking, allowing her to communicate. Her ACTUAL thoughts that she isn't vocalizing will be those square, somewhat alien word bubbles from previous thoughts.

Sorry if this is confusing but…that's just the way it is. Besides, Garfield talks with thought bubbles, and he's a CAT.
