I wish my anatomy didn't SUCK so hard, then this page would've been so much better. Ah well. The point of this portion of the comic is not to titilate. And yes, for panel 3 I did google "dancing poses" to get the complex pose that you see there. I'm actually kind'a proud of that, I think.
Little less brown on this page, I'm glad. I just got new markers, I don't wanna kill both of the brown ones in one night.
Anyhoo, a lot of ancient cultures had ceremonial dances, including the Mayans, the Sumerians, and several others. Doing a ceremonial dance while nude was supposed to demonstrate a greater sense of beauty and grace, to be detached from the human condition and delve deeper into the expression of the dance itself. I was hesitant to bring any nudity into the comic, but its not especially explicit, so meh. Gives me a dance to practice complex poses.
