Thanks for the critism herio. I fully understand where the colors can be quite bold and a bit of an eye sore and even some confusion in the story arc. So, in true art like fashion I will explain why this particular arc is the way it is. In this arc the story is about a mother who used to be a model and after having several kids plus the normal aging process, is having some body issues. She then takes it out on the family by turning into a monster (I know that part got a lil' hazey and I'm fixing that strip because I did it rather huriedly). As for the extremely bright use of limited colors I thought it would only be fitting since this fall season's fashion colors are bright/hot colors. So, I thought that mixing this seasons in colors with a story about an ex-fashion model would be appropriate. That and this comic is just an experimental thing that I can do whatever I please with to test out different methods of doing things and what not. Also, I'm quite aware of color theory and all kinds of other related artsy fartsy things too, I just choose to ignore them sometimes.
