This one I dug up for Dragon Rider.

It's an old design made for a coffee mug and t-shirt for an old navy buddy about ten years or so ago.

The dragon with the screw driver and volt-meter represents the CTM (cryptologic techician maintenance) rating, especially the submarine boat riders.

Bucky, was a an old WLR-18 guy (the "Sea Mist" in the background) who became a Q-4 guy (the mermaid or "Sea Nymph").

The fish is supposed to be a salmon (the system that kinda replaced Q-4).
