More galactic fish out of water fun with Thraxie and Val.

The boys come from Xarva, which is an inhabited moon of the parent planet, Kelf.
The Kelfani look an awful lot like Earthling cats. The Kelfani rule the boys' entire galaxy with an iron paw.
(In another as yet unproduced strip, the boys find Val's mom's current issue of Cat Fancy magazine and figure it to be Kelfani porn. On Xarva, anyone caught with such material has their entire family line eliminated. Roz and Thraxie grab the magazine, destroy it, then set out to destroy every copy of Cat Fancy on the planet, culminating with wrecking the main office.)

Dogs, resemble Vithians, a pseudo-noble caste that serve as the Kelf's executioners. That's why the poor lad is taking orders from a dog.
