Meet the Abels.
The creations of the aforementioned Dr. Jonathan Pendleton-Smythe.
There were originally 99 of them, but, as you can see from the comic in the link, some of them tend to 'disappear' sometimes.

One particular clone, Abel 22, was kidnapped from XO during the Cowboys & Crossovers event, and delivered to his 'mother', Dr. Heidi Pendleton-Smythe, who was a new employee at SCARR.

Thus, due to the events in that crossover, XO, which, apparently is a very dangerous multiversal entity, is part of the TrollMoon Universe (among others). It is unknown whether XO is a force for good or evil, but, either way, they are fearsome, and not to be underestimated!
