And the story finally begins.

Before Isis, before Aeren, there were others who helped hold the fate of the world in check. But knowing the past will help explain why the future is shaped the way it is.

For those reading Crossing Death, consider this story a supplement that will eventually explain some of the more mysterious or vague aspects that come up in Crossing Death like "who's that girl with the dark hair, head fins, and teardrop pupils?"
