Another congrats to the new PWITM winner, Jebus! This was tricky, as Jebus' comic "Basketcase" doesn't have reoccurring characters (think a modern "Far Side"). Hope you don't mind that I played off your avatar instead! Hopefully everyone has experienced the hilarity that is "The Big Lebowski", in all it's cult-classic glory. Everyone loves "The Dude". Especially when he's being "very dude-like, man."
