Mutual Understanding

Sleep's greatest asset as a Ranger is her skill at Empathy, which allows her to come to a mutual understanding of her opponent and their motivations. This would often lead to a skillful and peaceful resolution of conflict if it weren't for the more combative elements of her party (read: Shift) mucking it up so they can gain combat experience.

Sadly, the ATXS world is far too harsh to reward patient negotiation with gold and experience, rendering Sleep's Empathy as a mostly pleasant character attribute.
