bLoCkS oF jOy

#36: Dictator

Lets have a bit of trivia. Originally I used the name bLoCkS oF jOy because the comic had short blocks of actual storyline. However these short stories I created were sort of depressing, and as a joke I put joy at the end. The capital letters followed by lowercase letters was put to add a little style.
