I think this one speaks for itself.

I used to be a dyed in the wool Republican. But after listening to guys like George Jr. and some others talk, I felt like 'well now I'm screwed without a party'. I thought about it and just because I lost faith in Republicans didn't mean I magically thought the Democrats got their unrealistic idealistic heads out of the clouds (or their asses, take your pick.)

When it comes down to it, what people need are middle of the road solutions. The problem is, politicians want things at one extreme or the other, when neither extreme is good for anyone. (Except for lobbyists and career politicians…)

So these days I just say to hell with all of them. By the way… a no-prize to the first person who spots the Drunk Duck reference in today's comic.
