#176 What Would You Do?

This all stemmed from me goofing around on facebook and demanding my friend Phil "make me a sammich!" so he said "okay, i'll just poo on this bread here."… so I said "what if your doctor told you the only chance to save your life was to eat poo? would you?" after he said yes, this strip popped in my head.
