i've gotten into the habit of drawing each panel on its own page… so when i scan them in and try and piece them together, sometimes it doesn't work so well, hehe.

alejkhan - well, with all the cute girls throwing themselves at me, i gotta find ways to keep em occupied. ;) actually, my anatomy is getting better, slowly, with just the continual practice and such. I am trying to treat each panel as its own piece of art and hoping the sequential bit falls into place at this point, that helps too. And finally, i have been trying to use reference photos as of late, random photos from yahoo and google, or pausing movies and sketching the bare bone forms. typically i have to piece together a few photos and try and fill in the blanks, which is sometimes rather disastrous. for instance, the last panel in this page, i used a still from the movie cloverfield as reference… the left side is one girl and the right side is a totally different girl at a slightly different angle… only sort of worked. i like the reference photo bit because i feel the quality of the art improves a lot (when i can find an image that is even close to what i want in the first place).
