Yeah. This isn't exactly G-rated.
It's safe to say that if you have no idea what yaoi is…you should overlook this.

On a side note, a lot of things have come up recently that took precedent over this getting updated and such..so. It'll still be a while before solid updates. Right now, it's a page a week. So..yeah.
