Can't go anywhere there's a forum without one of these hanging around huh?

Here goes nutt'n I guess.

I'm Joey. I've only been on DD for… maybe three weeks or something. I don't recall. I could check but I don't wanna. I read comics. I work at a comic shop. I spend 20-40 dollars on comics a week. I'm working on one main title and I do a joke strip on the side to poke fun at Marvel and DC on occasions. Mostly Marvel because I love it.

I don't know what else to say. Ask me a question or something.

because it's squishy inside and I can poke your eyes and every time you try to slap me, you end up smacking yourself. It's quiet hilarious to watch really.

Hi, Joey!
My question is: on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, what is your impression of gouda?

Welcome, Would you like a Cold Hot Cola?

Welcome! Uh, gosh, a question, really? Okay, how about this: What is green, has orange spikes, a blue tongue, and crawls on all fours? And my next question: Does it bite?

Either way, have fun on the forums and enjoy our brand of patented Drunk Duck Fun and Games! Me, I'm going to slowly back away and try to avoid that…uh, what did you say it was called again?

1 gouda is too overrated and is the butt of too many jokes. It's run it's course. It's time for Head Cheese to take a stand.

Not a fan of luke warm drinks.

if you had a non-fat heavy cream latte then we could do some business.

BATMAN.

Likes to hang around in a large, dark underground cavern with a fifteen year old boy who wears green short shorts.

Yeah! Get out of Custard's face! That's my home and my Custard! But you're welcome to go in someone else's face. Oh, and a question… does the rainbow always hog the bitter half of the fly, or does the sweet side appeal to the one who runs her colorful course more? And which do you prefer of the three? And is that a catarack on your sleeve, or are you just a tapestry waiting to be hung?

That's a great question so let me answer them backwards.

It's a gerbil.
The one you don't like.
The rainbow does not have a schedule. It does as it wants except for Tuesdays when it has KD night with Chuck Norris.
It's not custard.

Welcome to DrunkDuck!
Here's a question:
What do you think is the most important thing to have in a comic?
Ok I'll answer this one seriously as opposed to the rest.

I think what's most important is a solid story, and a good storyteller will get this done. With a solid story, it allows room to be elaborated in some parts and characters can be developed, especially if you can highlight character importance into the plot. Watchmen is a perfect example of that. You have a serious book where actually making the characters three-dimensional is crucial to the story's appeal.
If you don't have a good story, then it is possible to go backwards and make your characters so that the story can be molded around them.

Thanks for you question. I hope you enjoy the toast.
