I was just reminded by Ryan Sohmer of Least I Could Do fame that the 2009 Harvey Awards were coming up (he is nominated in three categories), and ANYONE in the comic industry (both webcomics & paper) is eligible to vote. Click here for more information, and the ballots. The deadline to submit your vote is August 28th.
