So for the past couple months I've been searching, requesting, searching and requesting for quite some time, And I finally figured I hadn't covered all my bases. I will tell you all right now, I'm a hard man when it comes to what I want and need, and I'm an easy man who knows when to take others opinions aside from his own and take them and run with them instead. This whole thing is new so don't expect a website or a huge archive of work thats been previously done because once again 'FIRST TIME'

Before hand though I would like to start this off with a quote:
"I do believe that writer definitely paint a picture in your head while artists have to convey it through their drawing. I feel that writers may have it easier than an artist in that sense, because I can write a nuance of emotion so well, but it's hard to draw it and have it be as subtle as I mean it to be.
A collaboration between a writer and an illustrator is also a collaborations of two different sides of creativity. Anyone who's worked as a team will tell you that there is back and forth between the two on the perfect way to present something. The artist doesn't always conform exactly to the writing and can sometimes see something better that the writer didn't think of. Vice versa where the artist might not know how to convey something without strength of writing.
I actually think that writer/illustrators who do everything on their own are at a disadvantage because they don't have a second set of eyes to help them create something… (unless they get an editor! Kudos to Tim Beedle, my editor!) Some people might think it's a blessing to do all the work on your own… but it's easy to get stuck and easy to push off work that way.
In short: Writers and illustrators are creative, each in their own way. But it takes a different kind of creativity to work together as a team to create a masterpiece.
I've read a lot of books with great art and crappy stories. I've read a lot of great stories with iffy art. When you pair the two… you're unstoppable!"

For these same reasons is why I decided to form this group even before hearing this. Reviewing the things I've done over my life (pertaining to my comic work) I've come to see that with a team things can get done allot more effectively. And utilizing everyone’s special skills helps to improve workmanship and quality of the work. This is my criteria and my explanation of this project (before my brain becomes cumfuzzled with thoughts and ideas again.)It's a comic which will be a long term thing so anyone who's expecting to come along for the ride, bring you fresh undies and or dipies babies, cuz we're going in. As well this project will be started out as something FUN to do, but I will do my best (and I expect the same from my team) to gain profit from it as an extra bonus. As well though I am in all respects 100% confident in the success of this project and am willing to say it will succeed you must understand that in truth with this life there are no truly set guarantee and that disappointment has a possibility to follow afterward. This is something I'm am new at in regards to selling but I've been given advice that I know will take this far. Mind you though I have done my research and have taken classes pertaining to the field of selling and have sold items before so I'm no novice. Selling this kind of merchandise is what I'm new at.
Project: I want to get a group started to really and more thoroughly work on my current comic idea and give it more of a professional look to it. What I hope to accomplish through this is to bring back the old Super Hero feel and faze because; well our generation doesn't really have its own Super Hero it can truly call its own that it can really relates to*. The generation before us had Spider-man, and the one before that Superman and Captain America and so much more. And these, what we could closely call the legendary Super Heroes (brought to the modern world of today) are not truly from our time. I want to give this generation a new Super Hero it can call their own who will become as widely known and influential like that of the famous Web slinging, wall crawler we all grew up to know and love like our grand parents before us.
An all new comic about a teen who becomes a hero BUT!!! all I will say now is that it's NOT going to be your average comic… per say, it will have classical elements and non-classic elements bringing forth a whole new feel and view on 'graphic novels' I can only give you the full details once you've joined. .
(*And on another note superhero comics are getting Sh*t faced in their work, or rather most graphic novels are. the boringness has got to go.)
First: I'm going to need a number of 3 pencilers you'll all be the blood and bone that goes into this comic project. I too will be assisting you, so there will be 4 in total.
(note:)
For my pencilers there are specifications, One of you must be strictly in
the field of MANGA!!! while the other is deep in the field of GRAPHIC
NOVELING!!!…BUT!!!you must be able to adapt well into the others
style. And must have a strong sense of dynamics for both. And lastly
the last Penciler must be skilled in the very advanced art of MECs
(Demanding I know but if your the guy now sulking about it, then this
is not for you, THIS IS A CHALLENGE PEOPLE! IT'S NOT EASY BUSINESS!)
Secondly: I will need a number of 2-3 Inkers/colorists (If you can only do one that’s fine. I actually prefer you be able to do one (helps lessen the work load on you) I need you to texture the artists bringing shape and form
Thirdly: Writers…, writers are essential in the production, you may just be worked the hardest out of the group. Why? because you'll be working with multiple writers and quite possibly be going over your work more than 100 times if I see fit/the group (there will be group decisions) I don't want perfection, but I do want damn near close. You guys/girls will be the genes in this comic creation because without you we cannot even start the process of building the comics body properly without the info to do so. The number needed is 2
(note:)
there is specifications for you as well one of you needs to be in the class of
Horror/mystery, and have a hint of comedy to you, while the other needs to
be in the class of Sci-fi/fantasy/normal life, with a hint of humor as well.*
(*by the hint of humor I mean you know how to be funny with your writing. doesn't necessarily have to pertain with your genre)
So all in all this is what’s needed.
# 4 pencilers
(including myself in total) one needs to do MANGA the other GRAPHIC NOVELS/Comics (think D.C. or Marvel)
# 2-3 Inkers/colorists
(I just have to like your style)
# 2 Writers:
(one needs to be horror/mystery, the other sci-fi/fan/every day life)
I thank you for the time you took out of you C.P. time to read this, I can assure you this is a worth wile mission thanks again
yours truly, I.D.M.Morgan
