Background artist required.

Ill keep this simple. I need a background artist for my comic Arcadian.
Im a horrible environment artist.
The only requirement is that the backgrounds are similar to the comic.
i.e black and red.
Vector drawn backgrounds would be great but Ill accept non vector as well.
I need an example of a city street.
I can't repay you for it but I will be willing to create characters for you.
Sorry. Its all I'm really any good at.

Edit: Ill accept photos as well as long as they're first hand and not taken from the internet.
