Back off guys, I've got this one covered.

First - think of a situation or setting, whether be that in a space age future or in a small village. That would be up to you.

Second - rules. These are important. You have to make them fair, and gives everyone a chance to have fun without any silly arguments.

Third - be prepared to answer questions from those who don't understand. You have to help them help you help them help me. Wait, what?

Example (no jutsu).

RPG - You're in the middle of the city, which is empty except for a handful of other people. All you remember is a blinding white light that engulfed everything. You must get to the bottom of this, in any way that suits you. Team up, or fight others.

See? It's pretty simple.

And another note: a rule of thumb is that whoever creates an RPG is practically the 'owner' of it: they make up the rules and judges what happens. But since I'm mod, I get last word when things get out of control.
