I'm working on a high fantasy webcomic, tentatively titled "The Blunted Blade". If you want a quick snapshot of what it's like, it falls in terms of writing style and plot probably somewhere between the anime "Slayers" and the "Bleach" manga. This is a project I've been working with, on and off, for several years; a few years ago, before the last time Drunk Duck crashed and lost comics, I had an older rendition of it on Drunk Duck, then called "Worlds Apart" (no relation to the comic by that name now on Drunk Duck) that reached a little over fifty pages, and died then because I foolishly didn't have full backups saved.
Well, since then, I've revised my story and setting, improved my art, and worked out as many bugs as I could before presenting it online. However, my weakness then and now lies in my poor shading and coloring abilities; I've always enjoyed lineart more.
So, in summary, I am seeking someone capable and willing to color, tone, or otherwise finish shading about two pages a week. I'm pretty easy to work with and willing to be flexible if someone wants to do something more in the creation process, or to do everything from pencils to lettering that's not coloring if that works better for you.
If you're curious what the comic would look like, this is a sample of that. It's scaled down to a quarter of my original scanning size and turned into a png for size reasons; if someone would like a larger version or one in a different format to see if coloring it works for you, just let me know what size and format you need, and I'll arrange it.
I look forward to working with you.

Samples would be nice, but trying your hand with something I've drawn would be even better, since that is the end goal.
Also, please let me know if something I can change would make it easier to work with.
Edit: And in that case, I might be better off telling you the color schemes involved here; I'll use this instead of PQ in case someone else also wants to try.
The boy who's laying down has tanned/somewhat darker skin (like Arab, not like African), blonde hair, green eyes, and fairly light-colored clothing in grays and browns.
The girl is much easier. Blue eyes, dark hair, dark outfit, and pale skin.

I'm afraid I don't know how to make it transparent; I'm not all that good with editing software. I did recall to crop the empty space, though.
Sorry for the trouble, but gif makes it transparent, but doesn't allow layers, or very many colors. I'm not sure how I'll be able to do this… but I'll figure it out. If not, I can use pencil crayons, or I can't help you.
Depending on what software you use, you can usually convert gif/indexed color to RGB in an image Mode menu?
