Hi all…

This is the hardest part of this I do. I'm a writer, I write everything from poems to songs, Novels to Comics, and a lot of screenplays and plays.

My name is Stephen Paul Coffey and a lot of the time on Drunk Duck I post Bobby the Bot, a little homicidal Robot. I'm not an artist which will become clear if you read Bobby, but there seems to be a shortage of artists in Ireland who will work with me, must be my underarm spray, must use AXE more often.

In the past I've written for Havoc 21 in Ireland, and both stories got great reviews for the writing. I've also written a POD book called Zodiac: A Rosemary Herbb Adventure, which sold very well, with all proceeds going to charity. At the moment I'm writing a superhero team comic with a great artist called Ger Hankey. Also my Rosemary Herbb character is moving on up to her late teens and becoming a bum whopping bottom kicker with Barry McGowan doing the art for that. Can't wait.

I'm a big fan of George Carlin and Lewis Black, and love stand up comedy when it's done well. As for Comic book writers well can't go wrong with Alan Moore, Mark Millar, and Jeph Loeb. The Long Halloween is my fav graphic novel of all time.

I hope to get to know more people through this and also make some interesting working relationships.

Welcome! I too cannot draw, but fortunately I have my own supply of canned artist. It's quite expensive but entirely worth it. :)

Enjoy yourself in our happy and peaceful community. Just remember, that cola is not for drinking, and the custard that Renga will undoubtedly offer you is to be refused with all due haste. It's…scary.
