I wanted to introduce me, other than my comics, to Drunk Duck! My name's Howie and I currently do some freelance illustration, caricature gigs ( No BIG heads though!) and work on what has become my OPUS without the penguin part, MR. Scootles. I think this site this site offers an energy of creativity and it has forced me to pollute it with some of my cartoons :) So…in other words, hello to all!
