Need some one with animation program

Okay, my comic Golden Gamers is fast approaching it's 200th page and I want to do an animated battle. I'll storyboard everything, supply sprites and backgrounds and effects and stuff, I just need some one to make a battle and add music and hp levels

It's an RPG styled battle, so it shouldn't be too hard (At least I expect)
