alright, so i am sure this has been asked many times in these forums, but i am going to post it here all the same. a thread has been put up asking What Your Dream Job would Be which i pretty much expected tons of 'i want to create webcomics all day', 'be an artist', etc. there were a few that did answer that way, but not as many as i thought there might be.
so my question is, Why Do You Do Your Webcomic?

why did you start? did you hope that you would be rich and famous? did you start it as a joke? do you just love to draw? need the practice? want attention? i'm curious to hear why people began and why they continue to do what they do here.
