Writer Looking For An Anime Artist

For some reason, I really can't flesh out good anime styled drawings anymore. Which is one reason why my other comic Shuriken Alliance is on hiatus.

What I'm looking for is a well-rounded anime artist who is good with Photoshop (or any other program of the type).
