Luke Nordquist is a detective in the Philadelphia Police Department and Steve Riley’s partner. He was also volunteered to work with the Feds. Luke is a long-time veteran of the police force. He also has a ex-wife and three children. His long hair and bushy moustache has often caused his superior officers to throw fits, demanding that he get a haircut. Luke has a very laid-back demeanor. Even when he’s in the middle of a gunfight, he seems unusually stoic.
