When you read Thursday's comic you'll understand, anything you guys think you can make to help me out while I'm gone, I could use. Just get it to me (PQ me) by the 22nd of March (I'm leaving the 23).

I'll be gone for 11-12 days.

Here's what I'll be doing with all the extra gaps I have to fill in: 1 panel "What I Learned Today" themed strips, which might be insightful, or might not. I don't know, hah.

Anyway, the more little drawings or interpretive comics you guys can make, the less extra Allan I have to draw daily.

I love making guest things, too. I don't know why, but I find them easy to write/draw for.

I tried doing it in your style with pen and found it
way too difficult. I just can't capture that free wheel'in
style you've got.
What comes natural to you doesn't to others. It's like trying
to copy someone's autograph they've signed effortlessly for
years & years- not easy.
So…it might work in pencil combining the two styles together-
work'n on that now…
This is a good way to learn something about your skills.
Just gotta have patience!

Believe me, i KNOW how you feel, haha. I tried doing it with pen originally, but as son as i realized how hard it was to duplicate, i turned to the magic of my tablet + photoshop.

Excellent! I didn't want to show everyone the secret to the best saturday because then everyone would be having great saturdays.

The best saturday connot be restricted into 3 boxes! Plus it's not even drawable, I'm sure.
