Cutter was genetically altered to enhance his "chosen" power. He has light green/blue skin with dark blue trims. His body resembles that of a suit in of itself with fins coming off his body most notably the ones that appear like shoulder pads. These fins enhance his ability to float and focus his telekinesis.

WEAPONS AND THEIR USES: Cyro Grand armor. Main weapons are the armlets that can produce vast amounts of energy to be fired, or to create forcefields.
