I should have been more clear with the hints… they are spread throughout the comic not just that current page.

I wish I thought of the dressing up as Rock thing… which means that theory is false but has given me ideas…

#2: What happens when Dr. Light finds out about Rock
#3: Why does Wily want to destroy Bass

Now, of course all of those are guesses, and may be wrong
