Louis is a waster, a bit of a junkie, well a pothead but needless to say if he got onto the others he would get addicted to those too. Also a small time dealer which is how he knows Vicky, drugs and prostitution link up once again.

A school drop out and petty criminal. Not all that bright,selfish but not really a bad.

Quick to moan and complain, not so quick to actually do anything about it.
