Thread "College project : Motion comic, looking for artists" in forum "Networking & Community Projects*"

For a bachelor college project in the Netherlands I'm looking for various 2d artists / cartoonists / others for creating a motion comic.

I've written the story (partly can be read on http:// animatedcomicdmp.blogspot.com/), now working on the individual scenes for the comic. I want each artist to take one 'page' and fill it in with their own style and perception of how I described the scenes look and feel. In the end I will add animation/sfx/sounds to make it come alive.

The idea is that it will be one story, made by various artists and so, styles. Ofcourse everyone will get credits for it. I can't promise a payment yet, the idea is to distribute it by 'ios/android' app for a very small fee. Any funds that it might raise will be evenly shared to each artist.

So are you this artist ? Or are you still learning but want to give it a try? Or if you just want more information?

The school gives 20 weeks to complete the project. We are now in week 3 of those 20 weeks and of course the sooner the work is done, the better it is. I happen to be in a different group of the same school and I am also facing those deadlines.

Basically, what Kroatz says ;) Cheers for already answering for me!
For my own schedule, I was hoping(as soon as I finish the scenes, to have most artwork done in 8 weeks (could stretch this a bit ofcourse). Mostly because I'll also need quite some time doing the animations, sounds and everything else. So if your interested.. Would be awesome!

Got 3 artists so far, hoping to find 1-2 more.. So whoever is interested, let me know!
