Looking for someone to help develop a drama series "Wilt"

I have a great idea for a drama series that follows the inner workings of a cult and its leader.

I have the main concepts and though I could just develop it myself, I'd love to work on it as a collaboration.

My goals are to get scripts written and hopefully some pages to post here at the Duck.
