Goal: Kill any and all forms of higher authority(Law enforcers, government officials, super beings, monarchs, dictators, etc.) to create his own “perfect” society.
Persona: An elitist, arrogant, power-mad rebel.
Abilities: Copies Physical attributes with eye contact, can morph completely into another person complete with any memories and powers, right down to fingerprints. Can copy one persons appearance or simply just copy powers/single parts of the body.
Weaknesses/Flaws: His transformations don't affect his oddly shaped eyes.

Iv'e re-done Ararch's look a tad.
ALSO NOTE: He doesn't speak in Issue 1, but if he does in issue 2 keep in mind that he is an Anarchist, so he does simply not respond to anyone if they claim to be a boss or something not-equal to he. So this may cause him to be an interference on any given villain team that has a "leader".
